Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your vAutoStock Lite account and associated data.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, phone number)
- Your login credentials and authentication data
- Vehicle damage photos and feedback screenshots you uploaded
- Feedback submissions
- GPS parking location data
- Voice/damage job entries you created
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are the only admin of your company account, the entire company workspace and all its data will also be deleted.
What is retained
Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you (e.g. vehicle process completion counts) may be retained for operational reporting purposes.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Request Account Deletion
Please provide the email address associated with your vAutoStock Lite account.
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@vautostock.co.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.
